A big thank you to the #teamSiemens SI for inviting me to the #Transform2025 event in Zürich. Over 500 participants gathered to explore how we can shape a #digital and #sustainable future. Among the technologies driving this transformation, #LoRaWAN plays a key role across various sectors. From #smart, energy-efficient buildings and intelligent production systems to #innovative projects, LoRaWAN is helping pave the way for progress. A notable example is the "rock monitoring" bachelor thesis from Berner Fachhochschule BFH, which focuses on preventing landslides and rockfalls at an early stage. The project utilizes a solar-powered LoRa gateway, motion sensors, and a graphical monitoring application to enhance early detection and response. One of the event's highlights was Smudo from Fanta 4, who shared valuable insights into the challenges and successes of the music industry, and how those lessons can be applied more broadly. A key takeaway: partnerships play an essential role in driving innovation. It was a pleasure to meet other partners from the Siemens #Xcelerator ecosystem. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’assister à la conférence de Rennes Métropole sur la gestion batimentaire via le dispositif écodata, présentée par Pierre Renault, Chef de projet Data. La conférence a mis en lumière une offre totalement intégrée pour la gestion énergétique des batiments, incluant la collecte et l’analyse de données sur la consommation d’énergie, la qualité de l’air et le confort thermique. Cette solution permet une gestion optimisée des équipements (chaufferies, centrales solaires, VMC) pour une efficacité énergétique accrue et des services personnalisés pour les utilisateurs externes.
