Participants will collaborate with peers to design and implement impactful projects, learn from environmental experts, and engage in both virtual and in-person experiences—including site visits to local gardens and nature preserves. On March 8th, Acterra participated in the Sunnyvale EV Ride & Drive, where attendees had the opportunity to sit in, ride, and drive electric vehicles to experience the benefits of going electric firsthand. ??? We were pleased to engage with over 50 visitors at our booth, providing information on EV incentives and charging. With six EVs on display, our ambassadors answered questions and helped community members navigate the transition to electric transportation. We were also grateful to collaborate with several community organizations: Excite Credit Union, offering guidance on EV loans Breathe California of the Bay Area, Golden Gate, and Central Coast, providing air quality education Youth Community Service (YCS), fostering youth engagement and community connection City of Sunnyvale, sharing insights on EV charging and food waste reduction With over 200 attendees, this event was a valuable opportunity to promote clean transportation and connect with the community.
