Our Team: Our team works at the intersection of research, evaluation, planning, design, and development. We bring content knowledge in a wide range of areas including education, cultural competency, psychology, mental health and wellness, career development, human/social services, assessment, statistics, and IT. We are agile evaluators and situational practitioners who leverage research and evaluation to meet client’s unique needs. We partner with organizations to design, develop, implement, improve, and evaluate initiatives, programs and services. We believe that adaptive, useful, and actionable research, evaluation, and assessment at all stages of development promote greater long-term impact. We help our partners leverage research, evaluation, learning, and data to help them take informed actions, adjust to emerging needs and opportunities, and maximize their initial and eventual impact.
