Throughout her career, Katelyn has consistently demonstrated her ability to excel in sourcing top-tier talent, from executive-level roles to niche positions and high-volume recruitment – she truly encompasses the full spectrum!
One of her standout talents is her knack for optimizing recruiting workflows and streamlining interview processes, making the hiring experience smoother for everyone involved. But Katelyn doesn't stop at merely filling positions; she places careful attention on candidate and consultant care, a focus that has resulted in impressive retention and repeat business with clients.
Notably, Katelyn's experience extends to overseeing 300+ consultants through post-offer activities, such as onboarding and equipment provisioning, all the way from offer acceptance to ensuring success in the job.
