This letter continues our series, building on the valuable insights shared in our previous letters.?? https://hubs.ly/Q03dw32D0 Last fall, ACT hosted a roundtable session at Ivans Connect, where agents, carriers, and technology providers engaged in interactive discussions on Data, Connectivity, Artificial Intelligence, and the People/Culture woven through them. These conversations focused on understanding the challenges agencies face and the solutions they seek in these critical areas. What began as a single “Letter to the Industry” has grown into a series of insightful letters, thanks to the substantial contributions from these discussions. The insights and perspectives shared have proven too valuable to fit into just one letter. ? In November, we featured the initial overall summary letter of the discussions in Independent Agent Magazine! ? January and February saw the release of ACT’s “Data-Letter to the Industry” and "Connectivity - Letter to the Industry" Now, in March, we are excited to delve into Artificial Intelligence. This letter explores AI as an undeniable part of our future and outlines stakeholders' key questions regarding its use, risks, and where it is going.
