ACS is growing! We are seeking an experienced and versatile Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will serve as the primary liaison between our DevOps and Business Operations departments, driving process improvements, leading requirements gathering, and ensuring seamless integration of technical solutions with business needs. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical acumen with excellent business analysis skills, enabling them to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications, lead process optimization initiatives, and guide projects from conception through successful implementation. ? The successful candidate must be self-driven and possess the analytical skills to resolve challenging issues, often through collaboration with other technical subject matter experts. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to think strategically about the customer’s business needs and requirements, propose and architect appropriate solutions, and solve technical challenges. You are an organized, attentive, and excellent collaborator and communicator who likes to make sure everything is in its proper place. You work well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy facilitating actions and resolving issues. You seek ways to improve processes, resolve conflicts between stakeholders, and improve the overall production of the mission.
