“???????????????????? ???? ???????? ?? ???????????? ??????????????, ?????? ???????? ?????????????? ?????? ???? ?????????? ???? ????????????!” —John Liberatore, Founder & President, Primacy Risk Services Investigations. John Liberatore offered insights into successful claims mitigation in his De-Riskathon presentation “Transportation: Managing Claims with a Purpose.” He shared that in the event of an accident, the driver is not the person who determines if a person is injured or the severity of the injuries. When the driver reports the incident – which must be immediately – safety leaders have to be ready to respond immediately and take action. In the event of an accident, the driver must collect the names, addresses, and phone numbers of those in the other vehicle. At a minimum, the driver should get the license plate number, which can later help identify passengers if all information is not collected. Does your organization have a streamlined process by which drivers report incidents and these are immediately addressed? Contact our Acrisure risk advisors to help you create a process that helps you better handle incidents and future claims, should they arise. #RiskManagement #RiskMitigation #Safety #Trucking #Transportation

“Leadership and culture are about behavior. Bottom line. Full stop.” —Mike Sarraille, Founder and CEO, Talent War Group ? Mike Sarraille shared successful leadership tips in his Acrisure De-Riskathon presentation “Evolved Leadership.” He encouraged viewers to ask themselves: Do your employees do the right thing even when no one is looking? As a leader, culture isn’t what happens when you’re in the room; it’s what happens with you’re not there. And, to help drive culture, leaders must set the tone through clear values, consistent actions, and unwavering integrity. ? Behavior + Consistent Actions = Exceptional Outcomes ? If your team is doing the right thing when you’re not around, your culture is moving in the right direction. ? #CompanyCulture #SafetyCulture #Leadership
