Some progress on our Commercial Park in Deltona FL! We are looking to utilize the space as best as possible with stormwater and parking requirements. Looking at adding a deck that goes on top on the stormwater ponds and acts as a walkway for people. We are considering using modular designs for the commercial spaces as they’re budget friendly and provide a nice aesthetic for the space as a whole.

These are the phases we use to identify which stage of construction our homes are at: PPS (Pre-Permit Survey): Initial boundary survey to define property limits. The whole design process revolves around the survey. EPP (Entire Permit Package): Compilation of required documents to complete the permit application package. Civil and building plans, environmental, MEPs, etc. PPA (Permit Package Submitted): Submitting the permit package to the relevant city department. COP (Construction Phase One - Foundation): Land clearing - Pad where the home will go COP1 (Construction Phase Two - Framing): Pad - Masonry Walls/Framing COP2 (Construction Phase Three - Drywall): Framing - Drywall. Includes all MEP rough's, insulation etc. COP3 (Construction Phase Four - Interior): Drywall - Interior Finishes. Includes all details such as paint, etc. COP4 (Construction Phase Five - Finalization): The final phase encompasses all remaining construction tasks until project completion. COC (Certificate of Completion): Finalization of the project, with all necessary inspections passed and the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. We first designed this in Spanish, so some acronyms don't make sense, but they work for us!
