Because of the impact of massive disruption and changes triggered through Covid19 pandemic and also because of the VUCA/BANI climate - the importance of each these intelligence has become even more profound.
In this article I am focusing on sharpening, strengthening and enhancing your adversity-intelligence - this is very proportionately connected with your Emotional-intelligence as well as your Social-intelligence.
Adaptability-intelligence and adversity-intelligence - have most elements common.
Adversity-intelligence is applicable not only for each one of us as individual but also as parents and caretakers and caregivers.
Adversity-intelligence can also help you become great leaders and get jobs - if you can demonstrate with real-life examples.
