Mentorship is more than a professional obligation—it’s a deeply personal journey that connects colleagues, strengthens the community, and uplifts the next generation of ob-gyn professionals. Mentors are the bridge between the lessons of the past and the potential of the future. Every story shared, every piece of advice given, and every moment of guidance creates a ripple effect that reaches far beyond the walls of any one practice. Have you ever reflected on how mentorship has shaped your career? Have you had a mentor who was there for you in pivotal moments to offer wisdom and empower you to reach your fullest potential? If you have, you understand that from guiding you as you navigate complex cases to helping you find confidence in critical moments, mentorship’s role in your career can be profound. By becoming a mentor, you’re not only enhancing your own skills and practice but also contributing to a culture of support and compassion that defines the ob-gyn community. Share your expertise, foster resilience, and inspire the next generation with your journey. Join us as a mentor today and make a difference: bit.ly/3CfjpJ7
