Last week was a busy one in Aerospace Alley? with two incredible back to back events! => October 30th - ACM Aerospace Components Manufacturers, Inc., U.S. Commercial Service Connecticut Office, Melissa Grosso and Connecticut Office of Manufacturing, Michelle Hall & Paul S. Lavoie partnered together with Airbus, Joe Marcheschi, Ruben Tauste, Jessica Hamilton, Tom Bush, Kristi Tucker to host an Airbus supplier conference here in CT! Sixty of our aerospace manufacturing companies were able to hear first hand from Airbus executives about current supply chain needs and the aircraft of the future during this productive, day-long conference. It was great to work with the team to strengthen the relationship between Airbus and our local supply chain. => October 31st - ACM Aerospace Components Manufacturers, Inc. held our annual ACM Aerospace Alley? Future Workforce Opportunities Fair & Tradeshow! It was another stellar event with 120 exhibitors hosting 1,300 middle and high school students from 60 different schools across Connecticut and Western Massachusetts along with several hundred trade visitors. The jam-packed day was great opportunity to promote careers in aerospace manufacturing as well as showcase the broad capabilities and advanced technologies that our region has to offer. It was a privilege to hear inspirational messaging and words of wisdom from industry leaders during the luncheon - thank you Jason Jarvis, Paul S. Lavoie, Rory McGloin and Joe Marcheschi. A huge shout out to all of our ACM member companies that make our annual event possible -- thank you for your dedication to our ACM community and your commitment to the progress of our industry. Our heartfelt gratitude to our guests, partners, sponsors, teachers and students for your support and participation. We are already looking forward to next year!

It was an incredible week at ?????? ???????? filled with productive meetings, insights into the latest technologies and connections with friends, colleagues and industry professionals from all over the world.??????????????????? ??????????? was well represented with over 30 ACM members in attendance showcasing the extensive capabilities and strength of our aerospace manufacturing supply chain.?Paul S. Lavoie, John Bourdeaux and I had several collaborative meetings, emphasizing the great public-private sector relationship our organizations have. ?The week ended with a special tour of the ???? ???????????????? ????????????, thanks to Clive Cunliffe New England Airfoil Products Inc. and it was a privilege to spend my final day in London at the Global Aerospace Cluster Partnership (GACP) Annual Conference, thanks to Nikki Malcom and Niklas Schilling.? #ACM #AerospaceAlley? #FAI2024 #aerosapcemanufacturing #innovation
