Five years ago, we welcomed Keri Pedroli Crawford Crawford to the team, and what a journey it's been! When asked about her time here Keri had this to say, "I took a leap and joined ACI Boland Architects just weeks before the world changed in ways we never expected. Starting a role focused on business development in the middle of a global shutdown was, without a doubt, the scariest moment of my career. But ACI Boland believed in me, and that faith has been the foundation of everything I’ve accomplished here. Despite the uncertainty, I pushed forward, opening new doors for our St. Louis office and expanding our reach in all of our studios. This journey has challenged me, shaped me, and, most importantly, allowed me to be my authentic self. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of a company where the leadership isn’t just inspiring but also genuinely supportive and people I consider not just colleagues, but friends. As ACI Boland continues to grow, I’m excited to be part of that journey and to see what the future holds for our STL office. Huge congrats to our incredible intern, Mallory McGraw, AIAS , for winning SECOND PLACE at the KU School of Architecture & Design Health and Wellness Symposium! Her thoughtful project, focused on "Mindfulness in Healing Environments," tackled the challenge of designing a space to improve mental and behavioral health.
