Uniting to ElevateHER: Advancing Women in Leadership and Innovation Achieve More LLC, Association Latinos, Black Association Executives are uniting to elevate women in leadership and unity and connect women for systemic change. ??Many Black women and Latinas in associations are either suffering in silence and/or desire cultural connection and conversation about their collective and unique experiences. A programmatic initiative designed to honor and protect the leader within is critical for the well-being of association professionals as well as growing future talent. Together, we are better!
