Our CHI Health Immanuel #Leadership Team had a great 'workout' yesterday building on our Gallup CliftonStrengths as a team and then enjoying some Fowling at the Fōwling Warehouse Omaha. I love the concept from Don Clifton of focusing on what is right with people as opposed to what's wrong with them. We did a lot of exercises learning about our similar and different strengths across our team and how we can better apply them to support our workforce and become better #leaders. Special shout out to Jim Collison for our fireside chat on my strengths and how I navigate and apply them in my role and how that has evolved over time. Thanks to Mark C. Wolf and Dan Fishburn of the Fowling Warehouse for hosting. It was an excellent venue for corporate events and our team had a ton of fun afterwards learning how to Fowl. I highly recommend checking it out! FYI it is way harder than it looks.

You can't do anything without #Hope. It can be so easy to complain and be pessimistic while at the same time still be working and trying to better a situation, so there is obviously some hope there if we are still trying. I challenge us to be more intentional and transparent about leading with that hope, it is infectious in the best way!
