Workplace: Saudi Arabia (KSA) Senior Project Manager ( Tunisian / Algerian/ Moroccan) – OHTL (Overhead Transmission Lines) The role of the Senior Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize project according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third - party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. ? High leadership skills, with knowledge and performance in Project Management, proposals, contract, budgeting, scheduling, estimating and reporting. ? Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. ? Develop best practices and tools for project execution. ? Adherence to Safety regulation/requirements. ? Complete track of site activities and identifying critical points and solve for closure. ? Leads the QA/QC process on projects and is committed to delivering world class quality. ? Compliance with Company procedures and legal management. ? Bachelor's degree in civil / electrical engineering. ? Minimum of 16+ years of experience managing OHL power line projects. ? Strong understanding of high - voltage electrical power systems, transmission line theory, and electrical equipment. ? Familiarity with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) / NG Standards. ? Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills. ? Ability to work independently and solve complex engineering problems. ?
