Sean Meder, CLFP, currently serves as Senior Vice President at Commercial Banker at Bank OZK, where his responsibilities include partnering with companies to enhance their Return On Investment of Capital and improve financial outcomes through various financial solutions. Sean's career began at Americhem, where roles spanned various functions in the color concentrate industry, before moving to Florida.?He has had successful careers in the Retail/Convenience industry at Essex Distributing and in the IT space at Copytronics Information Systems.?Sean’s 9 years of Finance experience is complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Aurora University and certification as a Certified Lease and Finance Professional. Jay Chaudhari currently serves as Executive Director of 1858 Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank located in Winter Park, FL. Jay is an experienced professional with over 20 years of M&A experience in real estate and private equity. Jay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and an MBA from Rollins College. Jay currently serves on the board of the ACG Orlando chapter and the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s Central and Northern Florida chapter.
