It has been a minute, but lats night we got the band back together! My POD with ACG Austin/San Antonio got to connect over great conversation and supporting each other. ?? We started off with talking about family, the weather, personal growth and development, and of course how we can elevate each others business. ?? Feeling inspired after attending the ACG Austin/San Antonio Sheroes Summit, where we had the privilege to hear from and learn about some remarkable female trailblazers in our community. A few key takeaways that will become my daily affirmations: · Never lose sight of your ‘why’ ·?Big things will happen if you get out of your own way. ·?You can’t change everything or save everyone, but you can change some things and help some people. And those efforts are absolutely worth it. A heartfelt thank you to leaders like them and the role models before us who overcame adversity and paved the way for myself and future generations.

I met some real life SHEROS yesterday at an incredible event ACG Austin/San Antonio hosted. Hearing these women in different fields, different generations, and different journeys; was inspiring. ?? As an added bonus I got to see so many incredible women who I have connected with in the last year; so many hugs shared. I also go to reconnect with a Shero in her own right who I worked with over a decade ago, Mandy Larson. Talking about where we started in our 20s and now in our... ?? I got to thinking more about Sheros in my own life. There are so many I could name but I wanted to thank Sara Henderson Allen; my Chief Growth Officer at RelPro, Inc. She inspires our team daily, is an incredible wife/mother, and so much fun to do events with. ??
