The city of Jacksonville, Florida has approved construction of a proposed 124-unit StudioRes by Marriott extended-stay hotel: https://lnkd.in/g6KZ92md Integrated Construction, LLC of Jacksonville is the contractor for the four-story hotel. Noble Investment Group, through NF V ES-M Jacksonville LLC of Atlanta, is the developer. BRR Architecture of Overland Park, Kansas, is the architect.
