Throughout SME?, we have many women who are actively involved in, and hold, or have held leadership positions within various industry organizations such as National Association of Women in Construction, ACE Mentor Program of America, American Society of Civil Engineers, Geoprofessional Business Association, SMPS—Society for Marketing Professional Services, and Work IN Roads - Women IN Roads. These dedicated women not only contribute their expertise but also play pivotal roles in demonstrating the growth and diversity within the industry. Their engagement and leadership in these organizations help to foster a supportive network, mentor the next generation of professionals, and advocate for inclusive practices that benefit the entire industry.
