Had an incredible afternoon with the young ladies at Junction K-8 in Livermore yesterday. The girls were engaged and inquisitive, and we all had fun building bridges. A special thanks to our bridge engineer Sophie Rucker, EIT from Mark Thomas and my colleague Victoria J. Godfrey from AssuredPartners for volunteering their time to support “Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day”. There were definitely some future engineers in the room.
