Working here has given me so much experience in end to end accounting. We take ownership of the entire process. From data entry to delivering a full management accounts pack, and everything in between! Having this breadth of involvement with clients’ accounts provides the insight needed to deliver meaningful commentary that goes beyond the numbers." What’s your go-to morning routine to kickstart your day? "I cannot function without two slices of Marmite on toast and a big cup of tea! After breakfast, I walk my children to the village school each morning, and I really value that 20 minutes of fresh air with them, chatting about the day ahead." How does the 4-day workweek impact your life? "It’s been hugely positive! With young children, I prefer to spread my 4 days over 5, logging off in time to pick my kids up from school and begin my 'second job' of ferrying them to clubs and playdates! Accurise truly values work-life balance, recognising that great accountants don’t need to be tied to a desk for 40 hours a week to get the job done."
