Success in Direct Primary Care (DPC) can take many forms. We’ve witnessed remarkable achievements from strong, independent DPC doctors who have cultivated robust patient panels and made a significant impact within their local communities. Additionally, independent networks of onsite and near-site clinic companies have demonstrated impressive effectiveness in delivering care. However, one area where we still seek successful examples is the collaboration between independent physicians and large local employers. This model, which could establish a city-wide network of coordinated care, has the potential to enhance patient outcomes and streamline healthcare delivery on a larger scale. Over the last five years, Collaborative Health Partners has built a capitated, advanced primary care network of independent providers that have driven tremendous results for the students and employees of Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.
