She takes great pride in her cultural roots, including strong family ties, resilience, and the customs passed down from generation to generation. Briceida celebrates her heritage by participating in traditional festivals, preserving language, and practicing cultural traditions through food, music, and rituals. At work, her values of respect, collaboration, and hard work foster open communication and mutual support. One of her favorite childhood memories is preparing traditional dishes with her parents while listening to her grandparents' stories. Meet Sergio Moreno???? Sergio is proud member of our team whose roots trace back to Veracruz, Mexico. He is rooted in his belief that God comes first, followed by family and work. Sergio approaches his job and relationships through the lens of God’s teachings and values, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. One of his favorite childhood memories is sailing on his father's merchant boat that transported goods across the river. While sailing, Sergio learned important lessons about swimming (in case he fell out) and hard work. His favorite dish, mole, is not just a culinary delight but also a connection to his family history, as it reminds him of his grandmother sharing stories of teaching his mother, who then passed those lessons to his wife. Under his leadership, the Indianapolis Airport saw record-breaking growth and was recognized as the Best Airport in North America. Mario's dedication to public service and community impact extends to his role as Chair of the Ivy Tech Community College Board of Trustees and as a founder of the Hispanic Leadership Circle.
