Coordinated Assistance: Airlines and airports will be required to work together to ensure seamless assistance throughout your journey. ? Passenger Assistance Profiles: You'll have the option to create a profile with accessibility needs, allowing airlines to prepare necessary support in advance. ? Review of Assistance Limits: Airlines' policies restricting the number of passengers needing assistance may be banned! ? ? Compliance Monitoring: Public reports will be made on airline/airport compliance with the new standards. ? Improved User Guides: Clear and accessible guides will explain your rights and what airlines owe you in terms of assistance. ?
