    Are Your Employees in the Know? Goals are the backbone of any successful organization. As leaders, we spend significant time defining annual, quarterly, and monthly objectives. We document them, track progress, and ensure every effort aligns with achieving them. But here’s the question: Does everyone in your company know what those goals are? Have we, as leadership, taken the time to sit down with employees and explain: ? What our goals are ? Why we chose them ? How we plan to achieve them ? Their role in making them happen Too often, this step gets overlooked. Yet, when employees understand the bigger picture and their contribution, they feel more engaged, motivated, and invested in the company's success. Sharing goals doesn’t require a big company-wide event. A simple discussion in team or department meetings can make all the difference—just as long as it happens.
