We’re thrilled to support incredible organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore , which empowers teens with caring mentors, a safe space, and impactful programs that shape their paths to bright and successful futures.? ? Last week, we kicked off the organization’s “Navigating Teen Life” podcast. This inaugural episode of the series was filmed and produced in our Access On Air podcast studio in the Access Acceleration Center (A2C).?? ? Collaborating with our local Boys & Girls Clubs, Access designed this initiative to equip local Baltimore teens with valuable skills like public speaking, scriptwriting, and hands-on experience in podcast production. In the episode, the hosts explore the timely topic of how to balance mental health and social media.?? ? We are grateful for the opportunity to host the teens and eagerly anticipate more collaborations (and podcasts) to come!

Access recently kicked off 2025 with our Future Investors Program, a dynamic, immersive program aimed at empowering college sophomores with leadership skills and knowledge in the private equity industry. Students participating in the program benefit from mentorship, networking, and onsite training directly with the Access team. The Future Investors Program prepares students to launch their careers as business builders, equipping them with real case studies and assignments to further their learning and exposure to the industry and The Access Way.
