This week we are celebrating Neurodiversity at Accenture Nordics! We celebrate diverse perspectives and experiences and nurture a culture of belonging where everyone feels they can succeed, personally and professionally. And we are committed to helping all our people thrive, show up equally and be authentically themselves. “Neurodiversity is about recognizing and embracing the different ways our minds work. While neurotypical (NT) individuals align with the ‘typical’ cognitive profile, neurodivergent (ND) individuals - such as those with for example autism, AD(H)D, dyslexia and dyspraxia - process information differentlyâ€, says Erika Myhrberg, “Our goal is to eliminate the stigma around neurodiversity and create a workplace where individuality is valued, and different ways of thinking are embraced.†Erika Myhrberg is Business & Integration Architecture Delivery Manager and Nordic Neurodiversity Community Lead at Accenture. Why does embracing neurodiversity matter? ??Better Understanding: A deeper insight into human behavior and diverse thought processes. ??Inclusive Workplace: A culture where different perspectives are valued and respected. ??Enhanced Workplace Dynamics: Stronger collaboration and team interactions. ??Value of Diversity: More innovation, creativity, and problem-solving. ??Reducing Biases: Education fosters awareness, leading to better communication and understanding. Through the Nordic Neurodiversity Community, we support our neurodiverse colleagues, allies, and families. Huge thanks to Krista Eloniemi, Heidi Pirttimaa-Lindvall, Bj?rn Westblad, Robert Lilmo?s, Natalija Lukina, Bjarke ?rbeck, Mattias Boman, Tomas Nystr?m, Susanna Takkunen. AI isn’t just about education and experimentation anymore - it’s about delivering measurable value. Twelve months ago, we forecasted that 2024 would mark a shift from “education and experimentation†to building the foundation for generative AI and delivering measurable value. We also introduced five key areas for organizations to prioritize as they seek to harness gen AI and create material impact. Since then, we have analyzed over 2,000 gen AI projects delivered to clients, conducted surveys with more than 3,000 C-level executives and drawn on insights from our own practitioners. This research reaffirms the enduring importance of the five imperatives, showing that organizations acting across all five are 2.5x more likely to realize enterprise-level results. Yet many still struggle - only 36% of surveyed executives say they have scaled gen AI solutions, and just 13% report creating significant enterprise level value. Challenges around data readiness, process redesign and a lack of C-level sponsorship continue to hinder progress. Perhaps the biggest barrier concerns talent: 3x more gen AI budgets are spent on technology than on people. While technology anchors any transformation, it’s the alignment of people, processes and technology that drives reinvention. In this context, how can organizations overcome these challenges? And make reinvention truly real? Our report provides insights for leaders working to implement and scale gen AI technology ?? https://accntu.re/4hcQHaA [Image description: Six images share content on a new research: White text on a purple background discusses making reinvention real with Gen AI, and each of five key actions that have been revealed to drive enterprise-level results and make reinvention truly real gets one slide to introduce to the respective action.]

Despite expecting less change, C-suite leaders say their organizations are less prepared for disruption in 2025 vs 2024. Among the surveyed employees 64% expect AI to impact their roles, ranging from requiring new skills, to task adjustments or significant re-skilling. Our Pulse of Change survey reveals some intriguing insights into the business and technology landscape and seeks to understand C-suite and employee views on disruption, preparedness to respond and the impact of Generative AI on the business environment.
