Principal Wells, whose Carroll Rosenwald’s rally cry this year is, “One band, one sound,” was recently presented with an award from Chicago Public Schools CEO Pedro Martinez and CEdO Bogdana Chkoumbova for Carroll Rosenwald’s impressive performance in English Language Arts on the Illinois Assessment of Readiness state assessment. Congratulations to Accelerate Institute school leader JW Kuebler, principal of Chicago International Charter School - Irving Park, on recently being elected to serve on the Chicago Public Schools Principal Advisory Board (PAC)! With his election to the PAC, Principal Kuebler is now tasked with joining with over 25 other CPS principals from around the city at bi-monthly meetings with CEO Pedro Martinez and CEdO Bogdana Chkoumbova to support the district’s top missions and goals and make their school communities’ voices heard when it comes to the most pressing CPS policies and initiatives. Congratulations on this incredibly important undertaking, Principal Kuebler!
