Helping GCs and CLOs build their teams as they strategically build their careers is my passion, and it was my honor to facilitate great conversations and share my insights and updates on the In-House legal market!

Rutan & Tucker, LLP’s inaugural CLO and Aspiring CLO Retreat was a resounding success. Libby Stockstill (she/her/hers) started the day by emphasizing the importance of values and challenging everyone to be vulnerable. Michael Hellbusch discussed the ever-changing AI landscape, and Margot Jackson updated everyone on the current in-house job market. Chelsea Grayson and Lee Hanson closed out the afternoon with a session on how to get on corporate boards. In between, there was plenty of snacking on donuts. ??
