Now that the ACC Bioscience Incubator has been open for 5+ years, we wanted to know what the impact of our existence has been on the local life science ecosystem and we wanted to hear this from our stakeholders. Congratulations to Erisyon on securing a $2 million #CPRIT grant for their Product Development Research program! Erisyon is pioneering the world's first single-molecule protein sequencer, poised to revolutionize the detection, treatment, and monitoring of diseases. Their project focuses on enhancing treatment for advanced-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) by identifying patients who are resistant to immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). Using their innovative single-molecule protein sequencing technology, they aim to potentially improve survival rates for patients with advanced lung cancer.
