    The Sculpture Center is Cleveland, Ohio is hiring! Small non-profit arts organization with a rapidly increasing public profile is seeking?a full time Associate Director and Marketing Manager. The Sculpture Center is one of the few organizations in the country dedicated solely to sculpture. Its mission is to provide a nurturing and professional environment for the advancement of sculptors through creation, mentoring, conversation and engagement, exhibition and development and support. The Associate Director and Marketing Manager partners closely with the Executive Director and plays a critical role as counselor, advisor and strategic thought-partner. Reporting to the Executive Director, they are actively involved in all program areas, developing a broad and deep knowledge of their purpose, role and contributions to the organization. The Associate Director and Marketing Manager helps plan and implement activities in the areas of marketing (35%), curatorial (30%), development (20%) and organizational leadership (15%).
