Linda Russell, ACA International’s first female president and a trailblazer in the #ARMindustry, passed away on Nov. 20, 2024, at the age of 88. From testifying before Congress during the creation of the #FDCPA to mentoring countless industry professionals, Russell's impact was profound. Her dedication earned her numerous ACA awards and inspired the Linda Russell Leadership Achievement Award (2021-2024), celebrating advancements for women in the industry.
