Our operators are more than just someone who drives the bus. On an early December morning, Operator Keith rose to the occasion. He approached the stop at 14th St and Broadway and spotted a lone rider—a young boy. Keith quickly recognized he was encountering a child in distress and, as he would learn, lost.
