Abundant Life Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC is a private practice designed to help individuals, couples and families embrace life to the full through improving their mental health, relationship satisfaction, parenting approaches or limiting mindsets. We believe that if you can help change a person’s life, you have the power to change the life of the family for generations to come, their community, and you can even help make the world a better place. We are a safe space for growth- whether you're looking to heal deep wounds, break generational cycles of dysfunction, or cope through depression, anxiety and anger through therapy or you're in a rut, have a bad attitude and stuck in self-sabotaging behaviors seeking a coach to hold you accountable to your highest potential - we’ve got you covered! We all have unique personalities and approaches, and whichever path you choose (counseling or coaching) you can be confident your therapist or coach will have the passion and skill to help you on your path to healing and growth. We offer services in person at the office located in Sandusky, Ohio as well as via video or phone. Abundant Life Counseling & Consulting Services, LLC also offers clinical consultation/supervision services for social work students or Licensed Social Workers pursuing independent licensure.
