Leadership is a verb; it's a behavior. Great leadership doesn't show up when everything's going well... But when challenges arise. In my recent conversation with Ryan Hartley, the UK's leading heart-centered leadership coach and host of the globally successful Always Better Than Yesterday podcast... He explained how great leaders can increase the gap between stimulus and response to serve others effectively. In this episode of Unstuck, you'll meet Ravi... A senior manager at a leading electric vehicle manufacturer who's highly respected for his intelligence and dependability... But inside, struggles with self-doubt and a lack of connection with his team. His soft-spoken nature keeps him from taking the spotlight... Leaving him feeling unseen. Ryan and I discuss the importance of leading from wholeness rather than seeking validation... The power of expanding the space between stimulus and response... And how leaders can create environments where teams feel valued and empowered. This conversation is packed with powerful takeaways for leaders looking to move beyond transactional leadership and into meaningful, purpose-driven impact. If you’ve ever struggled with self-doubt, leadership authenticity, or balancing work and personal commitments, this episode will help you step into your full potential. Helping women and their families live a happier, more fulfilled and joyful life, connecting them with their inner wisdom and intuition through therapeutic coaching, mindfulness & meditation and energy healing.

?? Are you leading from your heart? ?? What if your greatest pain is the doorway to your greatest gift? ??About the armour we place around our hearts. Sharing a clip from my latest podcast conversation with Ryan Hartley, a heart-centred leadership coach and host of the Always Better than Yesterday Podcast. We discussed: - What heart-centred leadership really means. - Why the greatest leadership begins at home and within ourselves. - How breaking through life’s pain can open the heart and reveal your true gifts. - The difference between leading from love versus leading for love. Ryan shared how living a heart-led life allows us to show up authentically for our families, our communities, and ourselves. I reflected on my own journey—moving from the mind into the heart space—and why connecting to your true self changes everything. ?? Tune in and give it a listen. Earlier this week I got to take the leadership team at LJ Hugs through a #heartset workshop. For anyone that has been to LJ’s you’ll know they’re a ‘vibe’. I had the great job of helping them put words to the vibe that Nathan Lewis Farquharson and the team have created over the last 10 years. We went through their origin story, their vision, purpose, values, beliefs and strengths. The words Family | Fun | Food on their logo are more than words. They are a way of being for LJs - a way we helped put behaviour to in the workshop. The team now have absolutely clarity on who they are, where they’ve come from, where they’re going, what’s important to them and why they do what they do. I am excited to see this incredible faith based, heart led family business grow purposefully and intentionally over the next decade building on the strong foundations they’ve laid. These guys are all heart, full of character and a true purpose to bring family, hope, and belonging to people. They bring so much more than chicken, but damn the chicken is the best in the land. Can’t wait to help Lewis and the team share the good news with the entire company in January ??
