This fella has radically transformed our estimating department into a thriving team. He's full of knowledge, laughs, and always some good golf tips. Our field superintendents, managers (field and office), estimating team, and company leadership met yesterday for our annual Operations Strategy Session and WOW. This team astounds me. The room was filled with honesty, vulnerability, solution-focus, and a whole lot of integrity. We dove deep into internal communication and creating trusting relationships with our customers, and we walked away with lists of action items we can't wait to all get started on. Oh! And you better bet we made time to celebrate the successes we saw this year.. One thing was really clear -- we all LOVE Absolute, and we're all really proud to be a part of making it so great. It's time for our annual food drive! We're partnering with HCA HealthONE Rose this year to benefit the Weinberg Food Pantry. And what better way to give back, than with a little competition ?? In addition to these items, we also have a box to collect donated pet care products (dog food -- dry or canned, treats, pet carriers, beds, bowls, litter boxes/cat litter, toys, etc.), which will be donated to the Humane Society.
