The Baltimore-based team of Cross Street Partners and Beatty Development Group have joined forces to chart a new vision for the historic landmark. Sitting at the corner of E Pratt St and S Central Ave, this 1891 trolley barn will be preserved and rehabilitated into 43,000 SF of mixed-use commercial and retail space. A 14,000 Sqft dining destination with 9 different dining options, a bar, activities, live music, kid play space and seating for over 400 people inside and out. ???????????????? Located in Red Lion PA inside a redeveloped furniture factory. The Franklin Street Social will be the latest installment of the Franklin District which includes Black Cap Brewing Company, Grounding and 200 residential apartment units. The Franklin Street Social will be a place where you can enjoy a variety of food options in a comfortable space with a little something for everyone.
