Social Media Intern for SUM Style! It has been a minute since I have posted on here! ?? I wanted to take a moment to share an exciting opportunity that I have been a part of. Over the last two months, I have been interning for SUM Style, a visionary fashion brand founded in 2016 by Susan (Suzy) Kim in Seattle, Washington. Dedicated to merging cultures through fashion, SUM specializes in offering distinctive pieces from Seoul and Los Angeles to make K-fashion more accessible in the U.S. Market. By working directly with vendors across Seoul, LA, NYC, and Seattle, SUM curates high-quality, stylish collections that resonate with the dynamic spectrum of K-fashion. The brand champions emerging AAPI, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ designers, ensuring each piece tells a story and enhances the wearer's confidence. At SUM, fashion is more than clothing—it's a celebration of self-love and authenticity. In my role, I have the privilege of blending creativity with analytical insight to enhance our brand's social media presence. By carefully crafting content that resonates with our audience's preferences, we've been able to increase visibility and build loyalty. A highlight of my work is the opportunity to showcase a variety of fashion styles, making our brand more accessible and appealing to a broader audience. This strategy has enabled us to effortlessly connect with our followers, transforming each day into a thrilling opportunity to share captivating fashion narratives. A huge thank you to Susan (Suzy) Kim and Jane Lee for your endless support and guidance. Your mentorship has been crucial in my growth, instilling confidence and enriching my journey. I'm deeply grateful for your impactful leadership and encouragement. I'm thrilled for what lies ahead in this internship, particularly looking forward to the upcoming Valentine's Day drop! The journey continues to be an incredible learning experience, and I can't wait to see where it takes me next.
