We’re very pleased to share a major courtroom victory led by Brooklyn Partner & Director of our Litigation Department, Justin Kelton! In a powerful win for justice, we secured $750,000 in damages on behalf of our client who bravely stood up against workplace sexual assault. The Supreme Court of New York County awarded substantial punitive damages, agreeing with Abrams Fensterman, LLP's argument of “extreme and outrageous conduct” by the defendant.
