Morning, y’all! I'll be honest with you, I’m still reeling from my episode of The Juice with Jess Cervellon, and I felt compelled to share some words. We all know Jess as the witty and brilliant CX and Marketing brain who’s always sharing her wealth of knowledge, but to me, she’s become so much more than that in this space. I want to take a moment to truly recognize her incredible ability to carve out space for people—especially for those who look like us—in an industry where black and brown people are often the backbone but rarely the celebrated leaders. It’s hard to put into words just how much that means to me—not just as a friend, but as a human. So, it goes without saying that I am beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to share the proverbial stage with her and chat about our CX journeys and some ?? takes. We made sure to take a stroll down memory lane and chat about my experiences at some pretty cool places like Andie and Billie while collaborating with unique and incredible partners like Boutiq and NexRep, LLC.
