As a Member Solutions Manager, you will: - Maintain a detailed understanding of the regulatory requirements and expectations for credit union collections, third party collections, overdraft services, and deceased accounts. - Manage loss mitigation, recoveries, overdraft accounts, imaging, and deceased accounts to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of work. - Support the Director by maintaining team calendar to ensure the department is always adequately staff to handle call volume and meet monthly goal expectations.
