Everything else about them... ?? ...or Here are the five steps (in order) for changing a flat tire on a bicycle ??. 1. Remove the tire from the bike. 2. Remove the tube from the wheel and inflate it to find the puncture (listen for the "hissing" of the air coming out). 3. If the hole is small enough, patch it (assuming you've got a patch kit), or if necessary, replace the tube with a new one (again, assume you have a spare tube). 4. Check the inside of the tire for the cause of the puncture and remove it before re-installing the tube into the tire and re-inflating it 5. Finally, reinstall the wheel and get back to pedaling. At today's Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation luncheon, Kelli Nienaber acknowledged and thanked the record-breaking audience! Because of the increased investment from the ELFA, the Foundation's Academic Outreach Program doubled the number of scholarships awarded from 5 to 10. She stated that this will help attract the next-generation workforce. The Foundation celebrated the 10th anniversary of its Campus to Career College presentation program, which connects industry professionals with college students. It was also announced that The Foundation launched a new equipment finance college course curriculum in partnership with Arizona State University and is supporting a new course at the University of North Texas. The Foundation had an outstanding year for research, publishing over 44 reports, articles, and resources on industry topics. It also introduced an AI-powered research tool called Elfi. The Foundation recognized its highest level donors and encouraged attendees to contribute to its 35 for 35 campaign or the 1989 Society. The Foundation thanked outgoing board members: Valerie L. Gerard Nancy Robles Kelli also announced its new Board of Trustees for 2025.
