ABA involves examining and measuring behavior and the environmental factors affecting behavior. The principles and methods of behavior analysis are used to increase socially significant behaviors, decrease inappropriate behaviors and teach replacement behaviors. Our Supervising Clinicians are credentialed and specialists in the field of behavior change and they oversee the training and performance of the support staff assigned to your family. Our clinicians will come to your home to create a Functional Behavior Assessment or Analysis and a Behavior Intervention Plan. We specialize in working holistically to collaborate with the school, other therapists and siblings. ABLE accepts both state Medicaid (Connecticut and Massachusetts) and all major private insurance to cover ABA for your loved one.
