We are able to accept most insurance plans, including Medicare, auto insurance, and many workers compensation plans. We verify your coverage prior to your initial appointment and you are made aware of any financial responsibility up front.

Researchers found that stretching 5 times per week for 6 weeks increased the range of motion by up to 2.4 degrees per week in each muscle group, even with stretches held for only 15 to 60 seconds. Through it all, our team camaraderie never wavered. ?? Welcome Jack Curtis, DPT, our new Director of Physical Therapy in Sanford! ?? Jack brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our team. A proud Wake Forest graduate, he played baseball while earning his degree in Exercise Physiology, and his experience as an athlete led him to a career in physical therapy. ??? Since earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2022, Jack has specialized in post-operative care, workers' compensation, and sports medicine. He’s excited to lead the Sanford team and continue helping our community heal and achieve their goals. ??????
