KPM Franklin provided civil engineering and landscape architecture design for the 4.54-acre development by WMG Development Site improvements include asphalt parking lot with drive aisles, parking and ADA ramps, drive-thru lane, landscape and hardscape, dumpster pad and enclosure, concrete sidewalks, bike rack and other associated infrastructure. Yesterday we attended the Grand Re-Opening of Saint Pete City Center where we completely transformed this building's lobby, including a gym, cafe, and communal spaces - and the results are nothing short of incredible. Huge shoutout to our rockstar Superintendent, Doug Johnson, who made all of this possible! The client was so thrilled with his hard work and dedication that they named a coffee after him at the cafe, and it will be available daily! ? Happy Halloween from ABI! We know the scariest thing on a jobsite isn't the ghouls or goblins, but improper safety measures! As much as we love a good fright, we'll leave the jump scares to the haunted houses. The only "boo" we want to hear is from a ghost, not an OSHA inspector.
