We’re celebrating with one on one conversations with our associates, during which they talk about family, work, their culture and more. October is Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Month at A&F Co.! This year’s theme is Allyship and Authentic Goodness. Our range of experiences will be highlighting the importance of allyship, as well as examining how being authentically good is key to bringing our associates together. We kicked things off yesterday with an Allyship Happy Hour at our Global Home Office. Associates were able to unwind together at the end of the day with food, drinks, tabletop games, a photo booth and more. ? #LifeatANF

This week was our fall Leadership Summit, where we welcomed A&F Co. leadership from all around the world to our Global Home Office. It was a day full of engaging discussion and updates from leadership on our priorities and regional strategies. ?
