Another incredible well-being day at A.B. Data with February’s focus on Heart Health ?? The morning started with a Mindful Movement / Meditation practice blending physical movement with awareness and presence. In this session, I led the class through a series of gentle movements, flowing stretches and yoga-inspired poses. The emphasis was on moving in a way that feels good. Ending with a 15-minute guided meditation embracing calm, heart-centered gratitude. Everyone enjoyed a Green Juice afterwards to refuel. Then we fueled our hearts with wholesome ingredients and learned how to create delicious, heart-healthy snacks. In this interactive workshop, we discovered how simple, nutrient-packed foods like nuts, seeds, and dried fruits can support heart health. Everyone made their own custom trail mix and a second to gift to a friend ??
