Their journey began in 1989 with Lefty's Barbecue Unlimited, Inc., a beloved Maryland-based restaurant serving Southern-style cuisine. Over the years, their passion for food led to the creation of Lefty's Spices, LLC?in 2007, a company dedicated to bringing the down-home flavors of Southern cooking to kitchens across the nation. What started as a family restaurant has evolved into a legacy of resilience and flavor, as Lefty and Margaret’s culinary expertise continues to inspire their products, including their famous Fish N’ Chicken Mix and BBQ Sauce. Today, the next generation, Taylor Holland, is excited to carry on the family tradition and further elevate Lefty’s brand with her passion for cooking.
