A huge W for the #fedcon community harmed by anti-competitive and costly project labor agreement mandate schemes on federal construction contracts. Based on the oral arguments I heard in court on Thursday, the judge's decision and the administrative record presented by federal agencies AGAINST the Biden EO and FAR final rule will absolutely obliterate the Biden administration's weak politically-motivated arguments that erroneously assert PLA mandates improve the economy and efficiency in federal contracting and are in the public's interest.
