Yesterday, Future Leaders Initiative (FLI) had a great discussion on leadership. Watching clips of talks by Simon Sinek, Rorke Denver, and Ryan Leak, members had an opportunity to delve into not only the importance of finding your “why” but also why being calm is contagious.?Hearing Ryan Leak, they reflected on how to be a good “self-leader” and the benefits of finding opportunities to improve each day.?The event was especially rewarding when members got to bounce situations off each other and lend advice.?Building and connecting the next generation of leaders are just two aspects of FLI and they are looking forward to more gatherings like this one in 2025.?Reach out to us if you’re interested in joining this affinity group #ABCMeritShopProud #FutureLeadersInitiative #Leadership?
